Welcome Aboard!
It is very important for you to have a very clear and strong understanding of how things operate here at Mimosa. So, I want to provide you with some information to help your move go smoothly and to welcome you to your new salon suite, and to welcome you to the family!
Utilities
We are responsible for paying all utilities for the property. That is including electric, gas, water, and WiFi.
Bear in mind that temperatures within the common areas and the suites will be set at a constant rate year around. Additionally, as we do all that we can to provide you with all the tools to work comfortably, we ask that you do your very best at conserving as much energy and water as possible.
*If at any point in time your suite becomes either too cold or too hot, please notify Larry. In this special case, you will be provided with either a space heater or a space cooler (of our own choosing).
If you have any further questions regarding utilities, please reference section 6.1 in your lease.
